60-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Italo Jewelry, which is why we offer a 60-day return/exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 60 days from the delivery date, we will process your return request.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 60 days from when the original order was received.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

FULL COVERAGE Return & Exchange Policy: (Italo Jewelry is responsible for return postage fees and replacement fees)

  • Received the wrong item.
  • The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving.

LIMITED COVERAGE Return & Exchange Policy: (Customer is responsible for return postage fees and replacement postage fees. Italo Jewelry does not refund any shipping fees)

  • Customer ordered the wrong size.
  • Customer does not like the item in person.

Purchase NOT Eligible for Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Customized items, including customized size, engraved, customized color, customized stone cut, customized stone size, are not returnable. (Custom sizes are those that charge extra $20)
  • Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange cannot be returned again.
  • Items without jewelry tag.

How to Make Your Return or Exchange:

  • To request a return or exchange, or if you otherwise require assistance, please email us at: [email protected]. After we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed.

Order Cancellation:

  • General order will be fully refunded before order is shipped out. For personalized/engraved/special order items, any cancellations after 10 hrs will incur a corresponding material and processing fee. Please refer to below details:
  • 1. If the cancellation is made less than 10 hours after order was placed, there would be no cancellation fee.
  • 2. If the cancellation is made between 10 to 24 hours after order was placed, there would be a $10 cancellation fee.
  • 3. If the cancellation is made 24 hours after order was placed, there would be a $20 cancellation fee.
  • Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
